We are providing some
information on the upcoming Irish Tour in October 2009
and would like to give some indication of the approx
dates - (give or take a day or so).
Wednesday 21st October - Monday 2nd November (exact
departure and return
dates will be confirmed, but it will only be a day or so
out if anything).
We will be sending out a draft travel schedule,
obviously, you have to
appreciate that we are working closely with the Irish to
confirm games,
venues and tour plans, so the regions/counties may
change, but we want to
get info out to you all as soon as possible as we
appreciate you need to put
in for annual leave and start some serious thinking
about sponsorship to
assist you all with this upcoming trip.
We will also be sending out a 'Registration Form' for
those of you who
didn't commit last year. To secure your seat/s on the
bus we will be asking
for a deposit in the early stages. Please pass on this
information to
anyone whom you think would be interested in playing for
the AFL
Masters/Wombats this year. I know that Neil King will
forward all
information to the AFL Masters network.
