The 2008 Carnival will be held at Marrara Sporting Complex, Darwin, starting on Sunday September 28 running through to Saturday October 4. We have booked the following accommodation as shown below, check in Friday 26 September 2008 - Out 4 October 2008 - 9 nights. Please let us know your accommodation requirements as soon as possible - accommodation in Darwin is filling up fast. - DEPOSIT of $250 per room/cabin required by January 31 All prices are 2 adults. Additional adults $20/night, children under 16 $15/night. Plus full buffet breakfast charge of $12.50 Per adult (>16) per day. All rooms are bed/breakfast package. 8 Family Cabins - 2 bedroom - 1 double, 1 lodge bunk - 26 to 30/09 $155/night : 01 to 05/10 $125/night 7 Family Villas - 2 bedroom - 1 double, 1 bunks, 1 single - 26 to 30/09 $170/night : 01 to 05/10 $130/night 16 Pool Side rooms - open plan - 1 double, 1 sofa, 26 to 30/09 $135/night : 01 to 05/10 $110/night 15 Bougainvillea Cabins - open plan - 1 double - 26 to 30/09 $135/night : 01 to 05/10 $110/night 15 Resort Cabins - 2 person - open plan - 1 double - 26 to 30/09 $140/night : 01 to 05/10 $115/night 10 Resort Cabins - 4 person - open plan - 1 double, 1 bunk - 26 to 30/09 $140/night : 01 to 05/10 $115/night 15 x Studio Rooms : $120.00 per room per night (max 3 adults with an additional fee of $44.00 per room per night or 2 adults & 1 child - 1 queen bed and 1 king single) 5 x Superior rooms: $145.00 per room per night (max 2 adults - 1 queen bed) 10 x Family rooms: $155.00 per room per night (max 3 adults with an additional fee of $44.00 per room per night or 2 adults and 2 children under 12 in existing bedding - 1 queen, 1 king single and 1 sofa) Children - infants 0 to 2 years utilising a cot are free of charge. Up to two children under 12 years of age, when sharing a room with their parents using existing bedding are free of charge. Additional children's bedding is charged at extra person rate. If you require additional nights before or after the 9 nights we have booked, please let us know ASAP so we can get you booked into the same rooms/cabins as you will occupy for the 9 nights booked. If you require less nights, lets us know ASAP. If you do not advise us early enough, you will be required to pay for 9 nights. We have to pay a significant deposit in January to reserve the accommodation, accordingly a deposit of $250 per room/unit is required by the end of January 2008.
