Final selections will be made by the Executive Committee. Note, we prefer non-playing coaches. You can be a player but not in the division you are coaching. Coaching duties take precedence over playing should there be a clash of games. UMPIRES. The umpires selected will be paid by Vic Country. Other umpires wishing to go to the carnival but not selected as Vic Country umpires could be required for the National MAF Umpires to officiate at the carnival. TRAINERS.
