FIRST AID AT MATCHES.
All home clubs must provide a First Aid person with
LEVEL 2 qualifications. This person MUST BE off the
field ie NOT a player, and MUST be introduced to the
visiting team before the game commences. Ideally, the
First Aid person should wear a distinctive uniform or
vest. Clubs may refuse to play if a Level 2 First Aid
person is not in attendance. Failure to ensure a
properly qualified First Aid person is on hand could
jeopardise your club's insurance policy.
AFFILIATION FEES & INSURANCE
All clubs will be required to pay the following amounts:
Insurance per team = approx $500 to be confirmed on
policy renewal
Affiliation with Vic Country = approx $270 first team
plus $200 second team.
Affiliation with National MAF = approx $250 per team.
All clubs will receive an annual invoice.

impact on the conduct of players and spectators. It is
incumbent on each club to ensure that
they appoint experienced umpires and that they fully
understand the playing rules and philosophy
of our game. This information is available from this web
site. Umpires must be provided with laminated Yellow,
Green and Red Cards with the relevant offences and
penalties printed on each.
SWEARING AND BAD BEHAVIOUR
All clubs, officials and umpires are hereby officially
notified that any swearing by players will
immediately incur a Green Card penalty (off for
remainder of the quarter plus the next quarter).
The Green Card penalty can be imposed by any umpire
whether officiating or not and any
member of the Vic Country Executive Committee.
